Maintain nutrients and slowly release them into the plants over time,requiring less fertilizer

How to use biochar?
Remember that biochar is a sponge that maintains water and nutrients,while compost provides nutrients.
For potted plants?
Mix up to 50%of biochar with compost
If possible,compost the mixture for 2 weeks and keep it moist,but do not moisten it
Add 20%of the mixture to the plant
Sow plants and water as usual
Create healthier soil and retain more nutrients and water
For the seeds?
Mix up to 50%of biochar with compost

Mix up to 50%of biochar with compost(add one bucket per square meter)
Spread on the lawn and water it

Mix up to 50%of biochar with compost
Dig a hole and add 20%of the mixture to the hole in the tree
Plant plants and water as usual
