On November 3, the Yantai Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology announced the winners of the fifth Yantai Mayor's Cup Industrial Design Competition. Shandong Huasey Green Energy Development Co., Ltd.'s subsidiary, Shandong Huasey Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd., won the silver award for its independently developed "biomass conversion and comprehensive utilization equipment".
The Yantai Mayor's Cup Industrial Design Competition is an important platform for Yantai to share design concepts, promote exchanges and cooperation, and promote enterprise transformation, entrepreneurship, and innovation. This year's competition, themed "Yantai Design, Smart Creation of the Future," aims to promote the innovative development of industrial design, enhance the influence of the "Yantai Design" Brand, and contribute to the creation of a world-renowned "design capital." The competition ultimately selected 97 outstanding works, including the Huasey Ecological Biomass Comprehensive Utilization Equipment, which won gold, silver, and bronze awards, as well as the "New Star Award" for universities.
As the award-winning work, Huasey Ecological"Biomass conversion and comprehensive utilization equipment" uses the world's first "BioGTU" technology to transform garden green waste into pure plant-derived nutrient solution and carbon-based functional materials without consuming other energy. It uses online precision control technology to extract plant acids without producing wood tar; its unique design incorporates an emulsion in the gasification stage, making the nutrient solution functional group combination more stable; equipped with a temperature control and flue gas reburning system, it not only has ultra-low energy consumption but also environmentally friendly and pollution-free emissions.
