Recently, Shandong Huasey Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huasey Ecological) submitted“New agricultural and forestry biomass green transformation technology and equipment” won the “Shandong Provincial Solid Waste Industry Association Environmental Science and Technology Second Prize”. This project aims to use garden pruning, fallen leaves, and other woody materials (agricultural and forestry three remaining materials) as production materials. The process does not add any chemical components. Through Huasey's independently developedBioGTUtechnology for moderate heating of agricultural and forestry biomass, the macromolecular segments of the constituent organic matter are gasified and converted into high-quality carbon-based functional materials, pure plant-derived maintenance solutions, and carbon-plastic materials under certain pressure, temperature, and time conditions. At the same time, some agricultural and forestry waste is crushed and then aerobically fermented under certain temperature, humidity, and time conditions to produce pure plant-derived biological organic fertilizer.

Biomass is a widely available, abundant, and renewable resource on Earth. According to incomplete statistics, China has approximately10100 million tons of agricultural and forestry biomass every year. The main methods currently used for energy utilization of these resources are: direct combustion for power generation, solidification and granulation, dry distillation, fermentation to produce biogas, and bio-oil production. These methods all have more or less shortcomings. In summary, the main problems are: insufficient resource utilization, unscientific processing methods, and insignificant economic and environmental benefits.

Under the background of the dual-carbon strategy, the research and development of new agricultural and forestry biomass green transformation technology and equipment is imminent. Huasey Ecological actively responds to the national call, effectively reducing serious environmental pollution events such as greenhouse gas emissions, pest and disease transmission, and forest fires caused by the random stacking of agricultural and forestry biomass waste, thus protecting the ecosystem.
